It is called as dwadhasa aadhithya rudhraksham. The wearer will be free from all fears and diseases and acquire wealth and happiness. The wearer will never experience poverty, and suffer from physical and mental pain. It makes the person fearless and trouble-free. Lord vishnu also blesses this bead. This will cure several diseases, provide quality of leadership, control over people and gives inner strength to rule any situation.
